Trojan Field went through a major renovation this summer. The turf was replaced, soccer/football goal post straightened, field safety net installed, and a retaining wall built. The project upgraded the facility to become much safer for all of the students and community members using the field and tennis courts. A pad was installed under the turf to keep the field safer for the life of the field. The addition of a 20-foot safety net separating Trojan Field and the tennis courts was installed to protect the tennis courts. A three-foot retaining wall was installed to assist in keeping the field safe and playable, keep soil off the field, and preserve the turf and pad. The project was a success from a safety and usability standpoint. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation during the renovation.
