YSEF Celebration of Academic Excellence Event June 2

York Suburban School District parents, teachers, alumni and supporters are invited to attend the York Suburban Education Foundation Celebration of Academic Excellence event on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at the Country Club of York starting at 6:30 pm.

Guests will enjoy a buffet dinner, music by acoustic guitarist and vocalist Joel Menchey, and the opportunity to bid on items during the event’s Silent Auction.  Spring 2012 grants will also be announced.

The Committee would like to thank the many contributors at all the different levels of sponsorships that have committed to support the Event, including Valedictorian Sponsor Penn Waste and Salutatorian Sponsors The Brousseau Family and Coni Wolf.  If you or your company are interested in sponsoring the Celebration of Academic Excellence Event, contact Sarah Reinecker at sreinecker@comcast.net.

Formal invitations are being mailed to all parents and teachers, and look for more information on the YSEF or the YSSD website.  Tickets to the event are $50.  Checks can be mailed to York Suburban Education Foundation, c/o Crystal Miller, 1800 Hollywood Drive, York, PA 17403.  Questions pertaining to the event can be answered by Crystal Miller via crystaldow2000@yahoo.com or 779-6517.

If you or your company are interested in donating an item to the Silent Auction, contact Amanda Devers amandadevers@comcast.net or Brooke Shorb at beshorb@comcast.net.

Proceeds from the event will fund future YSEF grant requests and supplement the foundation’s endowment account.  The success of YSEF and its beneficiaries would not be possible without the support of our local businesses and residents.
