Saturday April 18, 2015 was Global Youth Service Day. The York Suburban Baseball team volunteered with Habitat for Humanity on a project on West Princess Street in York.
The team will be hosting an event, “At Bat for Habitat,” on Saturday, May 2, with the Junior Varsity playing at 1 p.m. and the Varsity at 3 p.m. against Northern York.
All proceeds from concession sales and donations will go directly to the York chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
