Puzzle Partners is a club at York Suburban Middle School that involves the eight students in Heather Peterson’s Autism Support class and 22 general education students who have volunteered to be a part of this experience.

The goal of this club is to make new friendships, spread awareness of autism and increase the culture of acceptance throughout the school. This is the second year for the club.  Activities include games, holiday parties, social outings to the local park and fundraising for Autism York.

Puzzle Partners recently participated in the Autism York Awareness Walk on April 11.   They raised $3,636, taking the first place trophy for an organization team. This is the second year they have taken first place.  This is a dedicated group of students and teachers who are striving to bring awareness and acceptance to York Suburban Middle School.
