Thank you so much to the 100+ York Suburban alumni, teachers and friends who attended YSEF’s third annual Alumni Event at Vito’s on November 25. In addition to the memories shared, alumni had an opportunity to extend appreciation to current and retired teachers and learn about the the great work of the York Suburban Education Foundation!
Below are some highlights of the YSEF Alumni Event.
- Special thanks to “YS Celebrities” who attended: Milt Bushey, Karen Campbell, David “Buddha” Coombs, Eric Hoffman, Jeff Kuhn, Lydia Leik, Kathy Leithiser, Brian Marshall, Ed Moyer, Sharon Stutts, Georgia Valero, Steve Whiteley, Jane Young and Jim Young. - Alumni in attendance represented classes from 1963 – 2015. Special shout out to the 1960s who donated over $700 at the event!
- Guests who attended the event donated over 160 food packages to the Food For Thought weekend food backpack program!
- Vito’s generously donated to YSEF in appreciation of your support. Stop in to Vito’s over the holidays and give a thank you for hosting this event.
The YSEF Alumni Committee Chair, Justin Leber, ’01, extends thanks to the event committee members: Megan Ambrose ’00, Jon Bowman ’98, Mac Brillhart ’98, Bob Hildebrand ’64, Laura Horowitz, Jeff Kuhn ’66, Lydia Leik, Dan Mazzolla ’65, Allison Meckley ’01, Connie Shorb ’65, Joel Snyder ’65 and Sharon Stutts.
