Our seniors weren’t the only ones to graduate this past week! Valley View kindergarten also has a tradition of celebrating the end of the FIRST year of school with a graduation ceremony! A separate ceremony was held for the morning, afternoon, and full day kindergarten sessions. The ceremonies were well attended with proud parents and grandparents who watched the
students share songs and get their “diploma” and a farewell hug from their teacher. Congratulations to all of our Kindergarten graduates! A special addition to the morning ceremony occurred when the graduating seniors stopped by to process through the halls to be congratulated by our younger learners and former teachers. The senior procession was extra special as each senior walked a kindergarten graduate down the aisle to begin the Kindergarten ceremony. Final year graduates and first year graduates—hand in hand!!
